When the battery level is below 10%, a warning symbol will blink to indicate low battery condition. When low battery power may affect your results, the meter will shut down to avoid erroneous readings caused by low battery level.

NovaGreen offers a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase ready. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
